The badware searcher simply searches the registry for something matching anything on the list presented to you when opening the tool. As such, it is not easy to say if it's safe or not: You'll have to use your own judgment.
Backups are made though, should you choose to remote anything...

Hi,

I used the Badware Searcher and it found 18 keys. Some are under

 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\P3P\History\

and some under

 HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-484763869-162531612-839522115-1003\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap\Domains\.

Is it safe to remove them. Also, when I located the keys with Registry Editor I see many other keys with questionable names listed in the same sections. What's going on?
