If it helps, I found the problem. The red cross was displayed because the Uninstall string in the registry was pointing to the var %ProgramFiles% and not to "C:\Program Files". I think it should be fine if this could be fixed in next releases.

I am new to ZSoft, and I just installed it after a fresh new install of Windows 7. I installed many applications but I have one of them which appears with a red cross in ZSoft. I saw in the FAQ and the forum that this is a deadlink and that ZSoft thinks that the program is already uninstalled. But actually the program is there.

I wondered how this red cross was determined. The uninstallation program is there, why does ZSoft thinks this is a deadlink ?

Thanks for your help
