Majomo:

Ok I was right.  I tested it and confirmed if you have a z somewhere in the program's name, it will go to it.  if it begins with z, I don't think it will at present.

I just tested, and if I press for instance 'winp' on my keyboard (when in the list) it goes to the first item with these letters (at me thats 'WinPcap 4.0') - so, at least here, it goes, not only to 'w', but also skips 'Winamp (remove only)' and selects 'WinPcap 4.0'...

I hate these things... So damn hard to debug things that I can't reproduce Sad

You can type ser and if you have a folder called server, it will highlight that.

You are partially right. Wink We can do that if we use the search box.

My question is slightly different. I only want to click with one letter (first letter)...

And it's all ok on analysed/hidden tabs. It isn't in programs tab... "Only after the user scroll down over all programs the user can do that."

To reproduce maybe you can try this: a) close ZU b) Open ZU and select a app. that is on visible windows c) press a letter (the first) from a app. that is not visible. And don't scroll down over all programs.

Build 64 uploaded.

In this build you can change the colors if the listviews to your liking, I've written the 'goto-whatever-I-type-in-the-listview' myself instead of relying on windows doing it, so now hopefully it works Smiley (you have 0,5 seconds to type a new letter and build a whole word/whatever to search for), and it includes a few minor updates as well...

The background color feature allows an outlook enhanced. I like it. I think even that the standard ZU'installer could bring default background colors (slight, subtle, tenuous) to the tabs.

Maybe the developer can try this: to alternate the color lines (one that is set by user, like now; the next almost blank is standard). "A blank spot".  I don't know if the final output fit well... Just an idea... Cheesy
