I have Windows Vista installed on my PC. What would be the best software to buy to clean and speed up my PC? I need the best registry cleaner available. Though there are many freebies offered, I am willing to pay for the best one for my pc. Can anyone suggest me the best program available for the purpose?

I don't use any registery cleaner.
Why? because I never seen any performance increase.
And there is a lot of fake product out there that promise you lighting speed but only steal your money.
Registery cleaners are just an huge risk to break a working windows installation.
