Ingore browser cache from the Temp file finder
« on: June 17, 2006, 11:19:01 pm »
Just a other idea.
Make a option that let "Temp file finder" ignore to find cache files from Internet Explorer and Firefox
Cache form the browsers is mostly already limit to a maximum amount.

just make a filter that ignorer?s for this feature
"C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles"
and "C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files"

Even though files with "temporary file extensions" (*.tmp, *.temp, *.--- etc) is not what there is most of in a browser cache, this is now an option...

Saidly Internet explorer keep all sorts of files of cache, just look in Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\
You will see there aren't any .tmp files but compleet webpages with images in there.

So actually even without the "don't search there" feature it didn't "clutter" your results (can you say that?) (that was also what I tried to say before, but... :-[)

The search should however be faster when it doesn't have to search through those folders :)
