No, you shouldn't delete it, but you should add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node to the ignore list... That should fix the 'never-finishing'-error...

I figured out what was the problem... It was the Wow6432Node registry key causing the problem. Wow6432Node key repeats itself infinitely, therefore, caused out of bound error.
