It probably will install and work just fine.

I just say that it is only for Windows XP because I haven't tried it on anything else.

I have just updated it... The URL is the same...

New stuff in this beta compared to the old one:

Code: [Select]
o The "Temp File Finder" now finds everything in the Internet Explorer cache folder. It can however be avoided by checking "Ignore Internet Explorer Cache".

o Small fixes

o Exe packed with newer version of UPX and using more compression

Again, please let me know of any bugs :)

There is a problem "The ingore internet explorer cache" is useless.
Because IE does not save the cache files as .tmp .bak and other junk files but as real webpage's like .htm .css .js and so on.
What you could do is that the "Temp file finder" now also finds all files in the IE cache directory when "ingore Internet Explorer cache" is unchecked and doesn't when that option is checked.
Or you could remove the option "ingore Internet Explorer cache" completly.

Oh, the changelog looks like this:

Code: [Select]
o Updated Dutch language thanks to "computerNERDie"

o Internal viewer for the 'Show Recorded Information' function

o You can now save the 'Show Recorded Information'

o Fixed the "Do you want to delete the windows folder" bug that wasn't fixed in 2.3 anyway. Sorry.

o Some interface updates, thanks to Richard Steinfeld

o The compare engine would not finish if an illigel filename had been entered, this has been fixed

o Changes in the analyze code, perhaps fixing a rare crash

o New Russian translation AND Russian help file thanks to Alexander Shikin

o The user can now change the priority class of the programs uninstalled. The default is "idle" (named "low"), but this can now be changed by the user.

o Smaller memory footprint duing 'analyze instalation'

o Partial rewrite of the registry dump function. Hopefully it is a bit faster now... If you find any bugs and/or it is slower than before, report it in the forum please!

o Small fixes

Hello, ZSoft Software Forum user :)

I hereby invite you to beta-test the upcoming version 2.3.1, you can download it from here: http://www.zsoft.dk/downloads/ZSoft_Uninstaller_2.3.1.exe

If you find any bugs I would really like to know, so that it can be fixed before "public release".

Thank you!
