"View installed files/registry settings" option

I think you should have an option that will show the files and registry settings that ZSU has logged.



The file details could open in a text file, but most importantly in a way that the details can be copied and pasted.

So basically you want a shortcut to open the log-file in notepad (or equal)?
That would be very easy to do

Yep, as long as it show the files and their paths. The registry keys and their location.

Just enough information so the user can find the files themselves if they wanted to.
